Constantine Area Community Foundation
The Constantine Area Community
Foundation was formed in the late 1990's as the
result of long term citizen vision, financial encouragement
from the Kellogg Foundation and structural support
and guidance from the then Sturgis Foundation. Over
the past decade the "CACF" has provided a philanthropic
vehicle for like minded citizens who wish to promote
and support their community by "enhancing the quality
of life for all people in the Constantine area".
One of the most important purposes of our foundation
is to introduce and promote philanthropy and community
involvement with our children…tomorrow's community
leaders. This is accomplished by promoting youth
involvement in the Youth Advisory Council (YAC)
where youth can experience first hand the purpose,
responsibility and excitement of philanthropy.

Our grants support a wide variety of charitable causes
including the arts, education, youth, community well being
and recreation. Since inception, the Foundation and through
it the YAC Fund, have distributed over $100,000 in our
community. This has been accomplished via underwriting
projects, direct grants to organizations, the awarding
of scholarships to students and through the generosity
and vision of our supporters.
