You are also required to provide an essay of no more than 250 words describing:
* An experience that has led to your personal development in high school or college

Provide a copy of the page on your Student Aid Report (generated upon completion of the FAFSA form) showing your Expected Family
Contribution (EFC).

SHS graduating seniors with a minimum of a 3.0 gpa, who plan to attend a 4 year college or university, who wish to be considered for the HACKMAN scholarship need to also include 3 letters of recommendation, only one of which is from a teacher.

Application and required attachments must be returned by the last Friday in March to:

In order to be eligible for this scholarship, you must have filed the FAFSA Form and provide us with a copy of the page on the Student Aid Report (SAR) showing your EFC (expected family contribution). If this is a renewal application, provide us with the most current FAFSA/SAR information available.
